Caravan Hire.

Red Lion Caravan's are pleased to announce that we are now hiring out  Touring Caravans.
We have got a wide range of new and nearly new touring caravans from 2 berth to 5 berth which are all fully equipped with toilets, fridges, hot and cold water, oven, grill and heating. Prices start from as little as £200.00 per week.



The HIRER must be the person who is driving the vehicle that will be towing the caravan during the hire period and whose name is the registered owner on the vehicle logbook.
 
The HIRER must be a minimum age of 25 years old and hold the relevant licence requirements and held a full driving licence for a minimum of 5 years

A FULLY COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE POLICY must cover the towing vehicle, and you must inform your insurance company that you intend to tow a hired caravan. The towing vehicle must have a valid MOT certificate & Road Fund Licence. (Proof will be required on day of collection)
 
The HIRER is required to ensure that the towing vehicle is suitable for towing the caravan in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations.
 
The HIRER is required to make suitable arrangements for the security of the caravan during the period of hire by the way of a wheel clamp & hitch lock.
The HIRER must be aware that the maximum speed limit whilst towing is 60mph
 
The HIRER must inform Red Lion caravans in the event of an accident
 
Period of hire will start and end as agreed at time of booking.
 
The HIRER is required to arrange for an oblong rear number plate with the same vehicle registration as the towing vehicle, fitted to the rear of the caravan.
The HIRER will not lend, hire or create lien on the caravan for any reason whatsoever
 
SURCHARGES
 
 
1                     Smoking in the caravan will result in the full deposit being forfeited
2                     Any unit returned in an unreasonable condition £50 surcharge
3                     Any chemical toilet not emptied will incur a £50 surcharge
4                     Call-out with no fault found £50 surcharge
 
The HIRER must pay all costs incurred for any damage and or losses to the caravan and or it’s contents not covered by insurance
